**Cancellation policy: Individuals canceling their registrations before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, may request a full refund of the fee. Individuals canceling before November 9th may request a partial refund. Individuals who do not cancel and do not attend the event are not eligible for a refund of conference fees. Individuals that make a reservation and do not attend will be billed the conference fee.
